Returns & Refunds

Each shirt is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

Defects, misprints and damage

If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, email contact@two23six.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel within a short window after ordering, before production starts, for a full refund. Email contact@two23six.com as soon as possible. Once production starts, we can't cancel the order.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Chargebacks

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly. If you open a chargeback or dispute with your bank, we'll respond with the order and shipping records.
