These terms apply to two23six.com and orders placed on it. The site and store are operated by Time Traveler Coffee. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and may change, but changes don't affect orders already placed. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are calculated and shown at checkout.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your full card number.

Products

Products are printed to order and fulfilled by our fulfillment partner. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed item. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy.

Intellectual property

All designs, logos, music, text and images on this site belong to Two23siX Productions or its owner and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
